Transcend Psychedelic Wellness is an unlicensed, community-based organization that provides trauma-informed online psilocybin harm reduction services to individuals. Our work focuses on taking the fear and guesswork out of psilocybin personal use.

Our goal is to provide safe, accessible, affordable, and individualized psilocybin harm reduction care to those who need it in the comfort of their homes. At-home psilocybin harm reduction care improves access for disabled, rural, and low-income community members.
Transcend Psychedelic Wellness is a Black woman-owned business that provides safe, healing psilocybin harm reduction for people who identify as BIPOC, disabled, women, low-income, LGBTQIA, and male allies who renounce toxic masculinity. If this is you, welcome to our community!
We provide services in-person, online, and over the phone to clients throughout Colorado. In accordance with Colorado law, we are not permitted to advertise using mainstream media platforms.
